How can I design a gusel or variable cross-section beam in idestatic? I'm glad if you help. (Important)

There is no possibility to define variable cross-section beams in the program. However, you can make a model by entering the beam in parts and changing the heights of the parts.

1) Due to the slab thickness, min. We encounter the error that the beam height cannot be less than 3 times the floor thickness. Can we ignore this error due to the cantilever floor and gusset beam design? (For example, balcony floor 20 cm beam height with variable cross-section from 60 to 30 (30 end sections)) 2) How many cm should the lengths of segmented beams be?

There is no such criterion You can determine it based on the beam length and height variation.
