geometry window problem

Hello, I had a question, the geometry window opens in the program, but it appears somewhere at the top and does not close. The closing x sign does not appear because a window is opened at the top. I have to close the program and open it again. What can I do?
 
Hello, -> While the program is closed, hold down the left Ctrl and Shift keys simultaneously and together. -> Run the program by double clicking on the desktop. Do not release the Ctrl and Shift keys until you see the warning that appears on the screen in the background. -> Click OK on the warning that comes up. -> When the program opens, the program including the geometry window will appear with default settings.
