My friend's computer and my computer are both Turkish. but mine is windoes 32 it is 64 bi interesting situation when I try to open my project on his computer with its unlock it gives this error...

It has nothing to do with being 32 or 64 bits or using a different hardware lock.For example, set the English language on your friend's computer before the regional language settings, then restart the computer... then select the Turkish language again and restart the computer.
