Drawing a wall from 20 cm to 10 cm

I draw a wall of 20 cm. When the thickness decreases to 10 cm in 1m, there is a disconnection. How can I fix this problem, the same problem occurs when I make a 10 cm tooth.
 
There is no disconnection, only the walls of different thickness are selected separately. It is correct in terms of drawing technique in plan and perspective.
 
What I meant by disconnection was that there would be no lines between 2 walls and it would appear as a single wall. In the examples you have drawn, where the two thicknesses meet, the missing plaster and the wall edge line remain, which can be edited by transferring this situation to the last 2d.
