Continuity of stepped raft foundation reinforcement

Hello When I model raft foundations of different thicknesses, the foundation reinforcements are not continuous. When you examine the foundation section in the picture, the foundation is 60 cm thick, the ampatments of the foundation are 40 cm thick and the lower levels are at the same level. but the ampatman is equipped as a separate element. How can I ensure that the equipment is constantly discarded?

As far as I know, there is no such possibility. It has to be edited manually at the drawing stage. I think such an application would be problematic in terms of manufacturing.
