Column Vertical Expansion Drawing Errors

The attached pdf has the vertical expansion detail of a column. The dimensions of the column in the basement are 150 x 100 and the continuation on the upper floor is 60x60. As can be seen in the pdf file, the drawings of the accessories are incorrect. And the length of the anchor reinforcement is longer than given in the foundation application. Is this a mistake? Or is it normal for the anchor reinforcements to be different? . I think the reinforcement drawing and sizes are wrong. Is there a solution or do I have to fix it manually? Thanks.
