When calculating the ln value used in the Column Shear Safety calculation, if there is a tie beam on the foundation, will the height from the top of this tie beam to the bottom of the floor beam be taken? It is made by connecting to the foundation amplification in accordance with the foundation excavation (TDY 6.3.4.2) and considering only the pressure/tensile attempt (TDY 6.3.4.4) Therefore, the distance Ln is the height from the bottom of the column to the bottom of the floor beam.
