After clicking the column, the program prompts you to rotate if you want and finish the drawing with a second click. You can also turn the column to 45 degrees with the rotate command after placing it straight.
After defining the column from the node point, you can enter the angle by pressing "A" on the keyboard. For example: A 30 with an angle of 30 degrees by pressing the Enter keys. You can insert a column.
