building components problem

have a nice day. I have 2 problems. 1- I am creating a building component in the architectural program, if I cannot assign this component to any object, these components are deleted when I save the file and close and open it. 2- Again in architecture, when I create a component in a file, it does not appear in another project file. Is there a solution to these problems? Frankly, because of these problems, it is a waste of time to define components in each project file every time.
 
Your first problem should not occur, it is enough to create the build component. (It does not need to be assigned to the object.) After creating the build component, instead of clicking 'Save' and clicking 'X' (Shutdown box), exit by saying 'Save' and saying 'OK'. The answer to your second question is; The building components you create belong to that project. You can call the components you created earlier from the archive. To do this: Click Upload, select the material or category you want to import from the list and click the 'Select' button. Close the window by saying OK.
