basement panel drawing error

Good day, My panel, which continues on all floors, is drawing in the basement as if it is separate from them. And the sprout does not leave in length? system as if it were operating separately from them. how can i fix this? In the drawing, it does not continue up like the other curtains, just like the basement curtains on the side.
