Assigning a balcony space and adding a wall

When I add a space to the balcony, the area is calculated from inside the balcony walls. I want it to calculate the area on its walls, including its square meter. I have assigned a location by defining the location edge in the picture. When I want to draw a wall on this place, the wall does not draw. I would be glad if you could help with this.

While the program automatically calculates square meters, it does not include the area covered by the walls, you will have to intervene if you want it to be included. You can use the Tools/Area command to find the square footage of the area. Then, enter the location properties of the drawing you created as above, uncheck the Location Settings / Texts / Area Text. Come to the Text command, and write the square meter you saved earlier.
