Uncheck Rigid-X and Rigid-Y columns in Floor General Settings dialog in version -8. Analysis Settings/TDY Options in version -7 For Upper rigid basement number-X" and "Upper rigid basement number-Y", enter a floor number that is not defined in the Floor General Settings dialog.
