ace value

Hello, I did not encounter any problems when I modeled and analyzed in the idecad 7.022 program. When I took the project to the municipality, they returned the project because the alpha S value did not provide in the 1st floor, X and Y direction. Where is the problem? (Is the Alpha S value controlled according to the floors) When the curtain sizes are increased, the ace rises, this time the period comes to 0.20

You sent this project to technical support by e-mail with a similar question and the following response was given: "The project has been solved with a high ductility level. In the highly ductile solution, it is not necessary to provide any ratio in Alphas control. If the Ductility Level is selected as a mixed system, the alphaS must be above 0.40. TDY 2007 item 2.5.4 can be examined."

( Is Alpha S value checked according to floors)
Alphas control in the program On the floor above the foundation (or on the floor above the rigid floor as specified in the regulation) ) makes. AlphaS ratios on other floors are also printed in the Earthquake Regulation General report. Good work

Levent Özpak Alphas control in the program is done on the floor above the foundation (or on the floor above the rigid floor) as specified in the Regulation. AlphaS rates on other floors are also printed in the Earthquake Code General report.
foundation+ground+1.normal floor is the alfa s control done on the ground floor? When I looked at the regulation, I couldn't see which floor it was for or I overlooked it. I would appreciate it if you could help.
