Trouble with flooring

Dear idecad officials, there is a double reinforcement error in idecad version 7.015 on some floors in the basement. In version 6.54, it does not give an error. We couldn't understand why. Could you please examine the file? (We uploaded it to rapidshare because the file is large.)

In the project, some beams and floors in the basement floor have been graded. However, the columns to which these beams are attached are not graded. Moreover, the elevations of some floors and the floor limiting panels do not match.(For example, D24, D574) Note: When you give positive elevation to the relevant columns in the basement, it would be appropriate to shorten them by giving an elevation on the next floor.
