The qt value we received from the Geotechnical Engineer is 190 t/m2

Hello to everyone. The qt value we received from the Geotechnical Engineer for our project was 190 t/m2. This value seems too high to me. Our foundations, which were almost 120/120 cm on similar grounds before, are now in a 70/70 condition. Is this situation normal?
