The program does not open gives an error message

AS CAN BE SEEN IN THE ATTACHED PICTURE, IT GIVES THIS ERROR WHEN ATTEMPTING TO OPEN THE PROGRAM. I AM USING WINDPWS 10 64 BIT

Uninstall the program from add/remove programs and download ideCAD Static 7 64 bit version again from the attached link. .

ideCAD only works with Documents Folder While I had no problems when using Idecad Static before, idecad did not work properly after formatting and reinstalling. Both the key and the demo version gave the same errors. I tried idecad 8 demo, same error happened again. Idecad only allows me to save in the "Documents" folder and only opens files from that folder. For example, I cannot open a ***.ide7 file on the desktop. I get a file not found error when I try to open it. Likewise, when I start a new project with İdecad, when I want to save it somewhere other than the "Documents" folder, some or all of the route is incorrect and it does not save. It saves to the Documents folder

This problem started after I changed my Windows to English. I reached out by phone today and they were helpful. When I installed windows in Turkish again, there was no problem. Thank you
