The program crashes and closes

hello, the program started to close frequently with the error shown in the picture, what could be the reason for this? It doesn't do this while doing something specifically..for example, yesterday I left the program open twice and went out. When I came back, there was an error message on the screen..for example, it sometimes does it when I click the command to draw a profile object. When I say copy fold it does it..

Arif tekin: Uninstall all versions of idecad on your computer. then delete all idecad related files in C:/ program files and program data folders. restart your computer and update the video card driver if possible. then re-download the idecad static or idecad architecture package content from the site. When you reinstall the program, the problem will be solved 99% of the time. I was constantly experiencing the shutdown problem until 2 months ago. It was a problem with the mdbthunk.exe file. With the 7.15 version, I did what I said and now there has been a shutdown problem maybe 2-3 times in 2 months. drawing and system-induced closures in the room project. Good luck with.
