System fails to resolve on modal E1 installation

Due to the building structure I need to use semi-rigid diaphragm analysis. But I am getting the following error. I remodeled the building 4 times. Due to the architectural structure of the building, there are different levels between the floors. I modeled the jeans by entering minus g and got the same error. I modeled each elevation difference by taking different layers, and I got the same error again. With the fully rigid diaphragm, the analysis ends smoothly. The geometry check does not throw an error that would interfere with the analysis. When you turn the building at an angle of 45 degrees, sometimes analysis passes with the rotate building command. But I need to model it this way to fit the map.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Your project has been selected from the wizard as beamless flooring. But in your project, you do not have curtains associated with your diaphragms on all floors. This situation does not comply with the calculation logic of beamless tiled systems of the regulation.

In non-beam slab slabs, earthquake loads are calculated for two different situations and the maximum value is taken into account: 1- The current state of the structure, 2- The lower and upper ends of the column are taken as hinges (so that only the shear walls carry the earthquake load) and a model is created (ideCAD does this in the background). otherwise, modal analyzes cannot be performed as the second model will be a labile system.

Thanks for your answers. I've made the necessary changes with that in mind. The problem in the project has been fixed.
