Steps to be followed in identifying risky buildings

Hello there; First of all, I would like to state that I have not prepared any project related to risk assessment before. I reviewed the user's guide on risky building analysis possibilities, but I couldn't get some things right. We have an existing building and there is no data about the reinforcements in the column beam foundation etc. cores will be taken and relevant data will be determined from the sample. My question is, during the preparation of the project, 1-how will I enter the data about the reinforcements after determining the column beam dimensions of the building and creating the system? 2-Do I need to model at baseline? 3- What method should I follow while analyzing? 3- What is required from us in getting such projects approved by the relevant institutions? Thank you very much in advance to all of you, my questions may seem simple and illogical to you because I do not know

don't you have friends? :(
I've been working in this field for about 8 months, even though my knowledge is not very extensive, I would like to share; 1- If the project of the building you are risk assessment is not available, you need to enter the equipment you received from the laboratory in the columns in both directions. If the project exists, data entry is already made according to the project. lab. 2-we constantly model foundations in old buildings in the absence of a project. It is said that it does not contribute much, more precisely, it is not taken into account. 3-I use a ground survey belonging to that region or in that neighborhood while analyzing, I refer to it and other than that, normal static I do the analysis as the building is entered. Then I select the risky building analysis and get a report. 4-First, you prepare a file with the general information of the building and the technical report and laboratory results prepared as a result of these analyzes. Also, when applying, whoever owns the building is your petition to you, your petition to the institution , copy of the building owner's identity card, copy of the title deed and You apply to the urban transformation directorates in your province with the title deed encumbrance documents. I have answered your own questions, I hope I was able to help. Good work.

First of all, thank you very much for your interest. The information you provided was definitely helpful. I have a few more questions. Currently, we have masonry buildings that have been surveyed. What should I do as an analysis method for such buildings? Is it possible to get results by entering data with lzm idecad? as far as i know i can't
