Static Materials and Help Menu

The model is finished, the results have come, but now I can't find how to add or change materials. I decided to refer to the help menu, and there I came across the help menu of the previous version. Maybe there is a simple way that I can't see, but I need a very urgent answer. The only thing I can say about the help menu is that the program entered the market a little earlier than it should have been...

In order to add new material and change the properties of existing materials, you need to right click on the material part of the tree, as in the screenshot added by Mr. 2m Proje.
