Stair support problem

I cannot activate the stair support conditions in my program (I added a dialog photo). Therefore, the stairs are solved as if they are unsupported. How can I activate these settings that I cannot use? Can you help me?
 
Re: LADDER SUPPORT PROBLEM Move the dialog to the side when you enter the command. Then, if you select one of the sides of the ladder, it will be active and you will be able to support.
