Also, I couldn't understand why you made the tiles so thick. By thickening the slab on the empty floor, you give an additional load to the building. Moving loads are low. There is no excess in your fixed loads either. Then I suggest you do not lay too thick flooring. You should reevaluate your rigid basement floor number and, accordingly, the R coefficient.
