Slab Thickness Problem

Hello, in my attached project, the floors of D26 and D27 on the 1st basement floor are the same size, moreover, the project is almost symmetrical, but it provides 12 cm thickness for D26, while I get the warning 'slab thickness is insufficient' for D27. I couldn't figure out the reason. I would be happy if you were half. Also, since I have just started to draw a new project, I may have lines.

Floor thicknesses are also related to their continuity. Since there is a gap on the left side of D26, there is a discontinuity. However, this does not seem to be the case in D26. It is due to the fact that you enter the area where the staircase is located and open the floor space and the stairwell. For such large gaps, you should use the tile edge instead of the tile gap. When you delete the stair tile and make an analysis, you will see that both tiles are insufficient.
 
Thank you for your interest . When I made a floor analysis on the same floor, I realized that it did not form the meshes properly, but I could not fix it no matter what I did. Can you help with this too?
 
Hello, In the slab analysis, the console slab next to the 12 axis is causing a problem, I made a change there and showed its location on the plan. The project is attached.
