Risky Building Analysis

Good day, we are doing Risky Building Analysis, but although the concrete class is C13, the building is not risky, is there a mistake? (file attached)
 
Hello there; I reviewed your project. It is marked with a red cross in the report that the limit values are exceeded on the 5th and 4th floors on the 7th floor of the building. Therefore, the building is considered as risky. However, there is a typo at the end of the report. Necessary notes have been taken for this situation. Best regards...
