Retrofit project analysis error

I would be grateful if someone with knowledge on the subject could help. Attached is the model of the retrofit project I am doing. The problem is, when I try to do a linear performance analysis, the analysis stops after the centers of mass and stiffness are calculated. No results are visible. First of all, I made static analysis + reinforced concrete and tried again, but the result is the same. The model is attached.

If you contact us by phone, we can remotely access your computer and investigate the problem in more detail.
