Relative storey drift and shear force

The building consists of b1+z+3 floors. Basement perimeter curtains exist in some places, if not in the entire system. The ground floor ZE safety of the building to be built in Amasya/Suluova region is 15 tons/m2 and the bed coefficient is 840. Although there are many carrier curtains in the system, I get very exaggerated results. In my curtain group, I often get reinforcements on the headboards. Since they will not make the relative floor offset in Annex4c, I cannot mark the tab, that is, the system checks according to 0.008. Your help would be greatly appreciated, I am so overwhelmed. Good work...

I also get the problem that shear force is not provided in the basement curtains (which do not continue along the floors) on a subject I forgot. Thank you for your help.
