Reinforcement selection

Hello... there is a problem in the static program that I think would be helpful to find a solution. it is that the selection of reinforcements of all diameters in the reinforcements, many diameters cannot be used throughout Turkey, unless there is a special production, so I think it will be more useful if the reinforcements are not selected and allow us to choose the diameter we want.
