In the earthquake regulation 3.6.5, it is stated in the hull reinforcement arrangements that the lowest wall end zone reinforcement should be 4 fi 14 and this should be closed with stirrups in accordance with the specified conditions. Am I missing something, is it possible that it isn't? For example, in my project, the lowest vertical reinforcement of the hull is fi 16 (thus, I meet the minimum requirement of 4 fi 14), but I don't understand why it doesn't include stirrups in the titles. .
