Raft flooring reinforcement error

In the project, the raft basically gives the error of insufficient reinforcement, I increase the reinforcement, but it still does not solve the problem, I would be glad if you could help.

Instead of increasing the general reinforcement, enter the additional reinforcements tab. Increase reinforcement locally where there is missing reinforcement. The problem is probably here. The program has already marked them in red.
