The direction of the project that I have already drawn has changed, that is, the lengths of the sides of the building have changed by 50 60 cm. Similar to the sc command in autocad ? good work .
 
With Scale/Scale by reference, write the current length/unit to the first value and the desired length/unit to the second value. (For example, if you want to reduce it by twenty percent, make 100 to the first value, 20 to the second value, or 1 to 5 with the logic of 1 to the first value, to the second value 5) At that rate, the project changes.

The building corner lengths do not change with the rotate structure command. What I want to do is to enlarge only one of the 2 sides of the building, for example 120 cm and reduce the other side by 90 cm, with the move command, because it is not a move operation, but an L-shaped structure. good work ,
