Non-increasable ze stretch

Continuous fundamental analysis; I said use earthquake load in the analysis, I said increase the safety stress by 50% if you do, but it gives a warning even though the values are below 50% increased. Why?

Re: NON-INCREASE ZE STRESS Hello, The control of stresses caused by vertical loads is done according to the unincreased soil safety stress value. The stress problem in the relevant foundation was caused by vertical loads. In the Continuous Foundation Reinforced Concrete dialog, the stresses occurring in the foundation on the basis of loading can be examined in the /Ampatment and Soil Stress tab.
