It says solve your system semi-rigidly

friends, there are 2 problems on my mind 1-) I saw that the projects are generally solved as fully rigid, some say solve the system as semi-rigid... what is the difference between them as a system 2-) I took the R coefficient 7 and solved the basic apl. When I want the plan, it shows Rx=6.98 , Ry=6.98 how should I interpret this?

Since the curtains on the basement are marked as basement curtains, they are not included in the effective cutting area of the basement. Also, since no wall load is entered on the basement curtains on the ground floor, the wall on the ground floor is not included in the effective cutting area. area is calculated less than the 1st floor.You can intervene in the wall and curtain effective cutting areas in the Analysis/Floor Parameters/Irregularities Tab.

Due to time constraints, I couldn't look into it in detail, but there is a borderline B1 irregularity on the ground floor.I don't know the architecture, but B1 because the wall area on the 1st floor is about 3 times the ground floor Uncheck the 'Flooding' sign of the curtains in the Y direction on the basement floor. You do not need to mark the Y direction as rigid already in the basement. You do not need to mark the wall area on the ground floor from the Analysis--->Floor Parameters---->Irregularities section Akx and Aky B1 problem is solved.Also, your column area on the ground floor seems more than the basement, you can examine it.

The expression is misunderstood or written incorrectly. First of all, marking the panel object as a subbasement does not affect the analysis results. Walls marked as basement are not taken into account in alfaS control and b1 irregularity control. If your floor is considered rigid, there is no need to mark the wall on this floor as flooded. Akx and Aky are the area, not the wall load. The wall length* is found from the wall thickness. Press F1 in the floor parameters dialog. You can get help by pressing. You need to write the total wall area on this floor as the effective wall area in this column (The fields that need to be entered as additional values are columns and curtains) Aky= The current wall area in the B1 irregularity report (1.54) m2 + the wall area on the curtain (1.398m2 )=2.94 m2 Also, if there is a wall on the left side curtain, that area should also be included.
