hi guys.. as a new idecad user with archicad, I have some questions. Is the trace reference command that I use very often in archicad available in idecad? To be more clear, how can I show other floors or any drawing window as a trace in the active working window. To give an example, when I am working on the 1st floor, how can I show the ground floor or the basement floor or the section etc. as a trace??

Hi, by entering the objects visibility command from the settings menu, you can turn on and off the traces of the active floor, a lower and an upper floor, and specify the trace color and line type as you want. . Snap points occur at the corner points of the tracks. By making use of these points, you can easily work on floor and formwork plans. In sections and views, you can copy from the section window and paste into the floor plan as the 1st option. If you wish, at the stage of retrieving the section and view; By using create as blocks in the section dialog, you can integrate your section/views into your floor plans adjusted to the angle of the section line. Best regards
