Industrial Structure Tie Beams

Hello, I am planning to use one-way continuous foundation in the industrial structure project. Hall width (between columns) clear span 17 m. For connecting continuous foundations, the tie beam must be min. Its dimensions are 60x60. When I look at the previous projects, some of them used 30x50 tie beams directly or put a "fictitious foundation" in the middle and used a 30x30 tie beam. -By defining the column-foundation so that it does not exceed the basement level, the cross-sectional dimensions of the tie beam can be reduced. "I tried to liken it to fictitious foundation" How accurate would that be?

Even if the project can pass the control, it will be a complete deception to the owners.

Hello, first of all, we are in the design phase. In fact, let's say I tried to liken it to the current work (approved, supervised). In fact, the tie beams in a government job to be auctioned this month were 30x100 and both columns were cast once. Its span is 18 m. As a result, I looked at 5-6 projects; in all, the width was 30 cm and the height was between 30-100 cm.
