ideCAD Static 6<feature not found (H0031)> error

I installed ideCAD Static 6 (Ver 6.0012) prg windows XP SP3 on my computer but when I try to open it<feature not found (H0031)> I&#39;m getting an error, I can&#39;t run prg. I&#39;m waiting for your help about my solution. I wish you success in your studies.

I guess the lock is not introduced to the system. If you install the lock from the hasp file that comes with your cd, your problem will be solved.
