IdeCAD Minaret Drawing ?

Hello, idecadde, I am training-developing myself. I couldn't create a minaret in my mosque project, where can I create a hollow cylindrical shape? Many thanks in advance for your help.

A hollow shape can be obtained by transforming a circle into a panel. This can be minaret or cylinder... but since the earthquake regulation only covers building type structures (excluding retaining), I don't know if the earthquake calculation can be done with ideStatik. equipment accounts etc. maybe it should be done by hand.
