idecad 8 not getting reports

None of my commands in the report general tab are working. I press any of them, it takes a few seconds, then no window opens. I can't get reports from the projects I've done and reported before. I can get a report when I move the existing file to another computer and open it. Clearly there is a problem with my computer. I tried deleting and reinstalling the program and running a comprehensive virus scan on my computer, but to no avail. how can i solve this problem. Sina YALÇINKAYA Civil Engineer

If Avast virus program is installed on your computer, you can change it in its settings. Turn off the "Deep Screen" option found.

If you have Avast virus program installed on your computer, turn off the "Deep Screen" option in its settings.
I do not use avast. There is only windows defender.
