When we create the project that a friend of mine solved with a 45 cm raft foundation in ide 8, the raft does not save even 70 cm, I would appreciate it if you could explain where the error is

I didn't look at the file but it's probably related to additional accessories I think that if you increase the additional reinforcement diameter options in the selection of reinforcement, it will not be a problem.

what should we do for the optimal solution, can you also enlighten us on this issue? We are waiting for your suggestions and suggestions
Hello, The problem is not about making the radial 70 cm, but the formation of missing Aces in additional reinforcements due to the maximum diameter limitation that can be used in reinforcement selection. First of all, the model and analysis results were not the same in the project files in the 7 and 8 versions you added. The basement curtains are not connected to the column. As in the project where I added the basement curtains in the project file of version 7, when modeled to be connected to columns, there is no shortage of reinforcement on the raft foundation in version 8, either. Good work

first of all, thank you, now another question has appeared in my mind, I know that we do not connect these curtains to the curtains to avoid the formation of short columns, we need to include them in the analysis by leaving a 5 cm gap when solving the project, right? we provide but in reality we force raft foundation I understand right

Hello again, The answer to your question depends on how you will do it on site. You should create the analysis model in the same way as you would on site. The formation of short columns changes depending on the column height left after the shear wall. Special conditions have been introduced for short columns in the earthquake code. The program applies these conditions.

There is no need to apply joints at the 5 cm curtain requested by the municipalities, because of the automatic stirrup tightening of the idecat in the formation of the short column, right?

Hello, Yes. The free height is calculated automatically depending on the height of the connected wall. The stirrup compaction is automatically created depending on the free height of the column. If desired, both the free height of the column and the length of the lower compaction zone can be changed in the column properties/static-reinforced concrete tab.
