I lost the project

Good evening. The project I was working on suddenly became a white plane and I cannot access my drawings even though I said zoom all. As soon as I say open the autosavede bak file, the program closes itself.. I will be glad if you can help me.. As soon as I click ide and open it, I can reach my project hours ago, unfortunately.
 
Good work, Could you please upload the ide file you couldn't find the project in and the bak file you saved last, so that we can work on the subject.
