You have made the route line passing through the head of the stairs from one end to the other. Make the route object as in the example in the file I sent. Separate 2-3 cm from each other (I made 5 cm)
 
I need to draw some digits (in rotary digits) single. When I draw it, it defines it as a landing and I cannot turn it into a ladder. When I draw this spiral staircase with 2 steps, it perceives it as redrawing it this time and numbers the step number as 12, I could not solve this situation.
