I can't get report after analysis.

Delete the "C:\ProgramData\ideCAD10" folder. Run the program by holding down the "Ctrl+Shift" keys. Then open your project and try to get a report. If the problem persists, install TeamViewer and call our Bursa office, let's look at the situation with remote access.

Now I can get a report, but every time I turn off the pc, I could reinstall the ide and get a report, it was giving a different error than this one, what could be the reason?
 
Try adjusting your computer language and region settings to Turkish. If your settings are in Turkish, first select a different language and country and restart your computer. Then you selected Turkish and Turkey again and rebooted. If the problem persists, you can contact them by phone.
