I can't create the ladder

Hello. I need help for my graduation project. I couldn't create a half spiral staircase what you did. I added the (.dwg).

Thanks for your help Mr. Levent But when I try to open the drawing I get a warning (Incompatible file version. Use an updated program version to open this file). The version I use is ideCAD_Statik_Demo_7.020
