Hello, delete the files under the "C:\ProgramData\ideCAD10" folder. Your problem can be solved. If you cannot see the ProgramData folder , may be hidden. You can make it visible by ticking the "Show hidden files and folders" option in the "Folder and Search options" section. If the problem is not resolved, you can install teamviewer and contact our Bursa office.
