I'm getting error mdbthunk15.exe process could not be accessed

Good afternoon. While trying to select the profiles of the steel ladder to the reinforced concrete structure, I cannot access the library. It gives an error that the mdbthunk15.exe process could not be accessed. what could be the problem. Can you help me
