Hi -A1 irregularity is the ratio of the largest relative offset value (Deltaimax) at a floor to the offset value (Deltaiort) relative to the average at the same floor in any direction. In this way, arrangement can be made in the carrier system. -B1 (Weak Floor) Irregularity occurs when the effective cutting area on a floor is less than the value specified in the regulation when compared to an upper floor. (TDY 2007 item 2.3.2.3) Variables in the shear area are shear walls, columns and walls. In the program, the effective shearing areas of the walls are calculated from the wall loads entered in the beam settings or by considering the walls. In the picture you attached, the ratio of the effective shearing area of the wall in the 1st basement floor to the effective shearing area of the wall in the ground floor is calculated close to the limit value of 0.8. Check the compatibility of the calculated values with your project. If there is a different situation, you can enter the appropriate value in the Analysis / Floor parameters dialog. Note: In the project, it is seen that the nci(min) value in the basement floor is calculated very close to the 0.80 limit value. <nci<0.8 ise Taşıyıcı sistem davranış katsayısının 1.25nci(min) değeri ile çarpılmasını ister. Programda bu işlem otomatik yapılır. Seçilen R katsayısı olarak raporlarda basılır.
