How to make a single face or two faces while the column is jacketed

Hello, why is there not a single-face or two-face mantle option in idecad column coats. Most of the time, we cannot apply a mantle from all four sides.

Re: COLUMN INSULATION Hello, After sheathing, sheathing can be removed or its thickness can be changed by using "Remove Mantle Edge" and "Change Mantle Edge" commands. You can remove the jacketing by clicking on the column edge you want to remove. You can make jacketing by clicking on the column edge you want with the "change jacket edge" command or you can change the thickness of the existing jacketing.

Hello there; How can it be done as shown in the attached image (removing the mantle only at the part where the curtain comes into contact with the column)? (By the way, Happy Holidays)

Hello there; If you approach and click on the edge of the column, only the mantle on that side is deleted (removed), the same way when defining the mantle. If you click on the center of the column, the mantle is added or deleted on all 4 sides.

Hello there; Not to delete the entire mantle edge; only the part stuck in the curtain has been deleted and if you pay attention to the attached image; Except for the part of the curtain that intersects with the column—even on the erased edge—there is always a mantle. (I tried with the line command, but it didn't work. I'm asking if this might help in drawing. Thanks....)

Hello there; The fact that the part of the mantle you are talking about seems to have been deleted is just a visual situation. To correct this visual situation, when you right-click on the curtain in the plan window, you can throw the curtain behind the column mantle using the Drawing order command, so that the mantle part is fully visible in the image. This does not affect the calculation or the detail drawing.

Thanks, What is your opinion about a situation like the attached image? the part shown as 115 cm in the reinforcement design part; 75 cm is given in the drawing by subtracting 40 cm, 20 cm from the left and right. It gives by separating the sheathing reinforcements and the reinforcements in the part where the curtain will come; Shouldn't it be written 75 cm instead of 115 cm in the reinforcement design part? Does it include curtain reinforcement in the 20 cm mantle parts; Assuming that column jacketing, reinforcement and mold work will be done first in practice?

Hello there; In fact, defining the reinforcement curtain from column to column does not allow you to capture the edge/corner of the mantle element anyway. In the screenshot below, the 1st definition is made from the reinforcement curtain column to the column, and the 2nd definition is from the mantle to the mantle. If you look at the analysis model, you will see that the 2nd definition is incorrect, there are no rigid connection elements between the column and the wall. If we examine the drawings for these two definitions, you will see that the drawing of the second definition is also wrong. Best regards.
