how to import dwg to idecad static

there is a good property in the sap-etabs-safe programes which are able to importing the dwg files from autocad by defining the axes-column centers-areas by layers.
i don't have any ideas in the idecad for importing,can any one tell me how do it?

You should use "Entity From Primitive" command on Tools menu for dwg or dxf files ...

All primitive objects that were defined in it's own layers will be imported into project as it's own object...
