how to analyze with ladder

Why doesn't sa show the results of the ladder when everyone analyzes it with the ladder? And again, I get the warning of insufficient reinforcement in ribbed flooring, how to fix it, where did I miss out by looking at the attached drawing, what should be the analysis settings while performing the analysis.
