Hello Ammer,
Click dome edges in order that you want them as support with beam. You will need to analysis doom with structural together, so you need to select second option named "Boundary conditions for solution with building system" in that dialog you added here. Select option " Connect to beams".
1. click "Set boundary connection"
2. click one of edge of doom on plan view.
3. Select option " Connect to beams"
4. Click close
5. Rapid it for other edges for beams or other objects if its required.
Don't forget to select "use semi diaphragms" option in Analysis Setting. When you make analysis, dome and building will analyse together. After finishing this, click "dome/vault analysis" on toolbar to analyse dome.
You can see deformation dome and building together on 3D frame view(visualization).

Dome and building cant analyse together in version 8 for now. This issue is in our note. You can analyse dome separately without building. You can give dome loads to beams yourself to analyse building with dome loads
unfortunately we cant change units system in drawings. All reinforcements will be given as cm
Please note that you cant define beam over beam as you did in your project.

For separate analysis:
I set Translation restrained on dialog.
I deleted beams over beams.
You can give dome loads to beams with "add load" command for building analysis. (Select beam, click right button and you will see "add load" command)
See bars in dome dialog that I gave (fi14/15). You may change them if you need something else
