ground safety negative error

Hello, in my project, my basement floor fits my application plan perfectly. I can't amp it up. My bearing capacity is 15t/m2 and my ground class is ZD I solve superstructure interactively, but my project does not save. In this case, increasing my raft thickness is not a solution. How can I proceed in this case?
